KIDSatLAKE KINDERGARTEN is a private bilingual facility in Zollikon, Rüschlikon. We look after children in large, bright rooms and offer flexible childcare solutions for discerning parents.

KIDSatLAKE works according to its own quality and education concept, which was developed on the basis of many years of experience and in cooperation with scientific institutes and is constantly being improved and further developed as part of our quality management.

It is important to us that each individual child is lovingly and sensitively cared for by all members of staff and is both challenged and encouraged. Playing, learning, indoor and outdoor exercise, music, excursions, projects, parties and celebrations, healthy eating and working with parents are just as important to us as qualified and friendly staff in a harmonious team.

<strong>A sound education: </strong>Recognized qualification as a kindergarten or primary school teacher (EDK recognition or equivalence test required – subsequent submission possible)

<strong>Passion for education:</strong> The joy of supporting children individually and accompanying them on their way

<strong>Experience and expertise:</strong> in dealing with parents and in pedagogical work

<strong>Language skills: </strong>German or English at C1 level, additional language skills are a plus

KIDSatLAKE ACADEMY

We offer our employees the opportunity to further develop and educate themselves through various workshops in the areas of pedagogy, leadership, resilience and quality management.

The workshops are held by internal and external experts in our bright, attractive premises at the KIDSatLAKE Academy. The aim is to review and improve the quality of our work. In this way, we can meet our own high standards and implement our carefully developed educational concept.
